Nurse recruitment · Long-term and post-acute care

Skilled nursing facility nurse recruitment in Florida.

Skilled nursing is where Soko starts. LPN charge nurses, RN supervisors, unit managers, and the leaders above them, recruited onto the facility’s own payroll and matched on license, unit, shift, and commute.

A licensed vacancy in a nursing home is a staffing-hours problem, an agency-invoice problem, and a survey problem at the same time. Florida counts 1.0 licensed-nurse hour inside its 3.6-hour direct-care floor per resident day. Soko recruits the nurses who fill that line for good: nurses who know the cart, the census, PointClickCare or MatrixCare, and the pace of a 120-bed building.

  • LPN charge nurses for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • RN supervisors and weekend supervisors
  • Unit managers and ADONs
  • MDS coordinators, wound care nurses, infection preventionists, and staff educators

For nurses

For nurses who work in skilled nursing

You know which buildings staff to their ratios and which ones run you ragged. We ask before we introduce you. Tell us the shift, the commute, and the kind of leadership you want, and we bring skilled nursing roles that fit, direct hire, full-time or part-time.

  • Matched on shift, weekend rotation, and commute
  • Charting systems you already know, so orientation is short
  • A registered nurse reviews your experience before any introduction

How Soko works

How Soko recruits skilled nursing and long-term care nurses.

Soko Nurse Network

A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.

Reviewed by a registered nurse

Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.

Soko Match

Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.

Which skilled nursing roles does Soko recruit for?

RNs and LPNs for floor and charge roles, RN supervisors, unit managers, ADONs and directors of nursing, MDS coordinators, wound care nurses, infection preventionists, and staff educators. Full-time and part-time direct hire only; Soko does not staff shifts.

Do you place agency or per diem nurses in nursing homes?

No. Every nurse hired through Soko joins the facility’s own payroll. Facilities that use agency today often keep that coverage while they bring agency hours down with direct hires.

Do nurses need skilled nursing experience to be considered?

Not always. Many facilities hire experienced nurses from hospital or rehab settings and orient them, and some take new graduates. Tell us your background, and we are honest about which openings fit.
