Moving to a new place can open a new chapter. Finding the right nursing job there isn’t always straightforward.
After moving from New York to Florida, Leah Sokolovsky experienced that challenge herself. The search could feel overwhelming and impersonal, especially while finding her footing somewhere new.
She met other nursing professionals who had experienced similar difficulties. Their conversations helped her see how much it matters to have someone listen, understand what you are looking for, and make the process feel more personal.
Leah created Soko Healthcare with that experience in mind. Her reason for starting the company continues to shape its purpose: bringing a thoughtful, human approach to nursing recruitment.
