Facility FAQ
A little clarity
for your next step.
Get to know our recruiting approach before starting a conversation about your opening.
What types of facilities can inquire?
Hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, specialty care settings, and other healthcare employers seeking nursing professionals can start a conversation. We can discuss whether our recruiting approach fits your opening.
What nursing positions can you recruit for?
Facilities can discuss full-time and part-time nursing openings, including their required experience, qualifications, and schedule. The roles we may be able to support depend on the opening and potential candidate alignment.
Is Soko Healthcare a staffing agency?
Soko Healthcare is a recruiting agency. Our focus is helping healthcare employers and nursing professionals connect through recruitment and introductions. We do not present our service as temporary staffing, payroll administration, or employment of the nurses we introduce.
What happens after a facility submits an inquiry?
After a successful submission, Soko Healthcare can review the information and contact you to discuss the opening and hiring priorities. Any further service arrangements can be discussed directly; an inquiry does not establish a recruiting agreement.
What should we provide initially?
Share your organization’s name, a work contact, and the positions being sought. You may add a brief description of the setting, schedule, and priorities. Please leave out patient information, employee medical information, financial details, and sensitive documents.
How are potential matches introduced?
When a potential match is identified, Soko Healthcare can discuss the appropriate introduction and next steps with the parties involved. The specific process is discussed directly. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions and required employment checks.
Does an inquiry guarantee candidate availability?
No. Candidate interest, availability, and alignment with a particular opening can vary. We do not guarantee a candidate introduction, a hire, or a hiring timeline.
Can we discuss multiple openings?
Yes. Summarize the positions in your inquiry and we can discuss their different requirements. You do not need to submit sensitive internal documents to begin.
How do we update or cancel a request?
Reply to your existing Soko Healthcare contact or send a brief message through the Contact page. Let us know which opening has changed or closed. Any agreed service terms should be addressed in that conversation.
How is submitted information handled?
Contact details and opening information can be used to respond and discuss recruiting support. See the Privacy Policy for website data-handling details. Submit only information appropriate for an initial business inquiry.
