Soko Nurse Network
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Nurse recruitment · Long-term and post-acute care
The staff development nurse is how a facility turns new hires into nurses who stay: orientation, competencies, in-services, and CNA training. Soko recruits educators onto the facility’s own staff.
For facilities
Retention starts on day one, and it is the educator who owns day one. Soko recruits RNs with teaching experience, long-term care regulations, and the patience to run a CNA class and a dementia in-service in the same week. Many facilities pair the role with infection prevention or employee health; tell us how yours is built.
For nurses
If precepting is your favorite part of the job, staff development lets you do it full-time, on a weekday schedule. Tell us the setting you know best and the commute you want.
How Soko works
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.
Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.
An active RN license, clinical experience in the setting, and teaching or precepting experience. Some facilities require or prefer a BSN, and CNA training programs have their own instructor requirements. We confirm them for each opening.
Yes. Unit-based and clinical educators at hospitals hiring onto their own staff go through the same process.
It sits alongside the ADON and infection preventionist on most org charts, and it is a common step toward an ADON or DON role.
