We look up every license on the state’s public record before an introduction. The employer completes its own verification and credentialing.

As it appears on your license, for example RN1234567.
Month and year, as MM/YYYY.
State, type, and number for each.

Step 4 of 6Work history

Your two most recent nursing jobs, starting with your current or last one. Your résumé can cover the rest.

For example: LPN, long-term care unit.
For example: 03/2021 to present.
Step 5 of 6References

Two people who supervised you or worked closely with you, such as a nurse manager or charge nurse. We contact them only after we talk with you.

For example: my nurse manager at Sunrise Care Center.

For example: BLS 03/2027, ACLS 11/2026.
