Soko Nurse Network
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Nurse recruitment · Long-term and post-acute care
Post-acute rehab units move fast: admissions from the hospital, IVs, wound vacs, therapy schedules, and discharge planning. Soko recruits RNs and LPNs who are comfortable with that acuity.
For facilities
Short-stay rehab is where a skilled nursing facility’s clinical reputation is made, and where hospital discharge planners decide whether to keep referring. Soko recruits nurses with med-surg, telemetry, or rehab experience who can manage a subacute caseload, and reviews each one for that acuity before an introduction.
For nurses
Rehab nursing gives you hospital-level acuity with patients who get better and go home. Tell us whether you want an inpatient rehabilitation facility, a subacute unit, or a skilled rehab wing, and the schedule that fits.
How Soko works
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.
Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.
Usually a year or more of med-surg, telemetry, or post-acute experience, IV skills, and comfort with wound care and discharge planning. Certification in rehabilitation nursing is valued but rarely required.
Often the rehab unit sits inside a skilled nursing facility, alongside its long-term care wing. Freestanding inpatient rehabilitation facilities are licensed differently and run at higher acuity. Soko recruits for both.
No. Soko recruits nurses: RNs, LPNs, and nurse leaders.
