Soko Nurse Network
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Nurse recruitment · Hospital and acute care
Telemetry and progressive care units sit between med-surg and the ICU, and they are chronically short. Soko recruits telemetry and PCU RNs onto the hospital’s own staff.
For facilities
PCU vacancies push patients to the ICU or hold them in the ED. Soko recruits RNs with telemetry, step-down, or PCU experience, ACLS, and rhythm interpretation, reviews each one for acuity before an introduction, and hires them onto your staff.
For nurses
You read rhythms, titrate drips, and take the patients med-surg cannot. Tell us the unit, the shift, and the hospital size you prefer, and we bring roles that match.
How Soko works
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.
Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.
An active RN license, ACLS, rhythm interpretation, and usually a year of telemetry or PCU experience. PCCN certification is valued.
Names vary by hospital: progressive care, step-down, intermediate care, and telemetry describe overlapping units. Tell us the acuity you work at and we match on that.
Yes. Cardiac rehab and cardiology clinic nurses go through the same process.
