No. Soko recruits only for direct-hire roles on the hospital’s own staff.
How does hospital hiring work through Soko?
The same as long-term care: share the unit and the shift, we match nurses on license, unit experience, and schedule, and a registered nurse reviews each candidate. Hospitals with a vendor program add Soko through that process first.
