Soko Nurse Network
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Nurse recruitment · Home and community care
Hospice nursing is a calling and a schedule problem at the same time: case managers with growing caseloads, admissions that cannot wait, and on-call nights that need covering. Soko recruits hospice nurses onto the provider’s own staff.
For facilities
Families remember the nurse. Referral sources remember how fast you admitted. Soko recruits RN case managers, admissions nurses, on-call and after-hours RNs, LPNs, and team managers with hospice or palliative experience, and reviews each one for the temperament the work demands.
For nurses
If you have sat with a family at the end and known you were in the right place, hospice wants you. Tell us whether you want case management, admissions, or on-call, and the counties you will cover.
How Soko works
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.
Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification is valued and sometimes preferred, but most providers hire experienced RNs and LPNs without it. Tell us what you hold.
Admissions and on-call roles carry the hardest hours and tend to stay open longest. Those are the openings to send first.
No. Soko recruits RNs, LPNs, and nurse leaders.
