Soko Nurse Network
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Nurse recruitment · Outpatient and specialty care
Dialysis clinics run on a fixed chair schedule, so a nurse vacancy shows up in the treatment calendar immediately. Soko recruits dialysis nurses onto the clinic’s own staff.
For facilities
Dialysis nurses are trained over months and cannot be replaced by a float. Soko recruits RNs and LPNs with hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis experience, CNN or CDN where you require it, and charge nurses and clinic managers who know the regulatory side, reviewed before an introduction.
For nurses
Tell us whether you want in-center, acute, or home therapies, the shift pattern you prefer, and the commute. We bring dialysis roles that fit.
How Soko works
A growing, private, referral-built community of nurses that Soko curates. Your opening goes to our own network first, not a job-board posting.
Soko was founded by a registered nurse. Every candidate is reviewed for units, patient loads, and fit with the role before an introduction.
Every opening and every nurse is captured on the same details: license, setting, units, shift, and location. Requests are scored the moment they arrive, so the strongest matches move first.
Clinics require an active license and dialysis experience or training; CNN and CDN certifications are valued and sometimes preferred for charge roles.
Some clinics train experienced med-surg or ICU nurses. Tell us your background and we are honest about which openings do.
No. Soko recruits nurses: RNs, LPNs, and nurse leaders.
